'"There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics."
    -- Mark Twain Autobiography, 1924

Mark Twain is not alone in his frustration with statistics. Market research statistics are only as good as the degree of trust you have in the statistician.

Proper sample control is one of the ways that we ensure that your research results accurately reflect your market.  It is vitally important that only invited sample participants be able to access your survey.  At the same time, it is equally important that your respondents be able to access the survey with ease.

We were one of the first in the industry to employ Positive Respondent Identification as a means of controlling access to surveys.  This method, which has become an industry standard, attaches a unique ID code to a survey link.  When a respondent clicks on that link from an email survey invitation, they survey "knows" who they are.

Alternatively, we can ask respondents to enter a unique password.

Please enter the word "guest" into the password space here.
